  Lobby never opens on time. After driving all night for work, I often try to eat breakfast at this location and use the restroom, but the lobby is often closed when I come in at 6:30.

  Every single time I visit this McDonald's in particular they either mess up by not putting food in the bag or they just give me the wrong food altogether that I didn't order then when calling to tell them my order was messed up they never answer the phone absolutely horrible customer service.

  The food was burnt taste like dookie we order at 3 and it’s 4:24 and we still didn’t get our food many people were waiting just takes way to long and the lady gonna wait to the last minute to say can’t pay for cash like bro

  Just left this location and ordered a filet meal deal. There’s an older lady in there that has the best customer service and problem solving skills. Please give her a raise before I refer to my aunt that manages another location and will definitely make sure she has one. 🥰

  Was here today around 3 30 am just want you to know your staff is telling everybody DoorDash only so if you wondering why you ain’t got no sales. Mind you this the 3 time this happened at this location. At this point your staff have waisted enough of my time. Will be taking business to your competitors until you replace your so called staff with ppl willing to do their job or just AI.
