    I used the app & purchased a Fish sandwich with French fries. The coupon was for any size fries. I ordered large fries, however I was given a medium. I informed Elizabeth Jones, the server. She immediately gave me an issue and attitude regarding the French fries, stating that I received free medium fries. I told her that the reward states any size fries. She closed the drive through window and yelled that I had an attitude problem several times. I then asked for a manager. The manager gave me the fries, apologized for the inconvenience & corporate number, which doesn’t work!!!

    Was a frequent customer of this location, but for countless and final time, I pulled up and waited in the drive though line, and sat there while multiple people were helped before me. I’d ordered on mobile and already paid, so this was extra frustrating as I have to wait days for a refund. Management needs to seriously re-train some of the folks in the drive through. This is the final push I needed to just delete the app and stop going to Mcdonalds at all.

    Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds or fast food chain. I came here on 12/20/2025 at around 10:00 pm to get a quick bite to eat. I pulled up to the intercom and nobody answered for 5 minutes so I decided to go to the first window because there was a sign that said to go to the first window and I thought maybe it was just broken. So I went to the first window and I waited there for several minutes while somebody inside kept looking at me and walking away as if they didn’t want to serve me. After waiting, some vulgar employee at the next window shouted at the top of their lungs to pull up to the next window. I drove up to the next window and I told them nobody helped me yet and he said I had to go all the way back to the start of the line. I asked them can I just get a coke then and he said fine. So I gave him $2 for the coke and he made me pull up to the next window where people have to wait for their food to be made. I’m not joking when I say that I waited 10 minutes and nobody came to that window. I wasn’t going to waste anymore time so I went to the parking lot and tried to going inside but by then it was locked and the drive thru was packed. Never in my life have I felt so robbed of my time and my money. I live closer to this McDonald’s, but I’m going to willingly choose from now on to go to the location on Woodward and 13 mile. I went to that location right after and I got what I wanted in literally 2 minutes. Somebody needs to take some accountability for this because I lost my money and was treated very rudely and disrespectfully.

    This store is the lesser of all the McDonald's evils. The food always seems to be fresh ( even when delivered), the wait time is usually shorter than most, but the missing ingredients is customer service. No matter what location I am at I am most certainly, always, being rushed and or subjected to rude behavior. I understand its fast food , we are all on the clock even when we arent on the clock but I cant stand anything less than friendliness from any place I am spending my hard earned money. The most disappointing part is the fact that this store is a 4 out 5 and significantly above the current standard.

    Came here about work, and they're playing on the phone , pranking , snickering around about who's the person to talk to. Some people don't deserve jobs acting like that
