  Baskin robins is good. But the people working here don’t actually speak or understand English; they keep guessing what you said… giving wrong orders all the time.

  My daughter wanted to go Baskin-Robbins for doughnuts to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived we waited to be served at the counter and then my daughter made a selection of a dozen donuts then I paid for them. Then my daughter asked about the ice cream so we began looking at the new flavors of ice they had to select from. Now remind you this is not our first trip to a Baskin-Robbins for a purchase over the years. I let the cashier know that we were interested in purchasing some ice cream and then we waited until the cashier wanted on several customers that had entered the store. I then called her over to the ice area as she walked in the opposite direction from where we were. She turned and came to help us and my daughter and I selected the ice cream we wanted to sample after anxiously waiting for her. She gave us the little spoon sample as I remember them always doing. Them my daughter expressed she didn't care for the favor and asked to sample another favor. The cashier hesitated but then gave my daughter the other selected sample. I then asked if I do could try a second sample of a other selected new favor. The cashier then turned to the man (coworker) and said something (language) and then stated that this will be your last sample and if we wanted something for free we could fill out a postcard for birthday discounts and promotions. I have been going to Baskin-Robbins since a little girl and they are known for thirty one favors and known for letting customers sample favors before final selection and may even select an extra favor to go home with because they sample some new favor that took them by surprise. So my point of complaint is that the cashier and other gentleman didn't even give us a chance to make a selection for purchase before assuming that we were there at the counter standing for over fifteen minutes while she waited on theirs customers, them walked away from us and I had to call for her to back our way standing in clear site in front of the ice cream counter waiting to serve only to be told this will your last sample. Did they assume we waited all that time to just sample ice cream for free after I had made a purchase for doughnuts. So yes I became immediately offended and I explained to the gentleman I had intended to make a purchase but he insisted I fill out card for any further and I could leave. Well I left confused to what barrier of communication lacked broke down during this transaction but at the end of the day it goes to show that customer service is out the door because everyone orders from home now a days and no one talks to no one. You are expecting to know what you wanted to order before you entered the store, make you purchase, then leave. Well not fair to me if I choose to come out and communicate with the world and walk in for service. So me a little courtesy especially when I'm with my children. After all, you already know if we have our children with us in store parents can easily spend way more then they anticipated. Let's just say "I won't be back" at least I won't visit this location again. Never judge a book by its cover, sadly dissatisfied customer.

  Went through the drive thru on 11-01-25 at about 11pm. The lady on the speaker was rude because I asked for a large sundae and she said we don’t sale large we have three scoops. I politely told her thats what I meant to say and she told me well you didn’t say that. Then I kept telling her I wanted extra hot fudge, whip cream and a cherry. I didn’t get any of that. And as you see in the picture. She put the fudge in the lid and just flipped the lid over on the ice cream. So it wasn’t really no fudge on the ice cream but all on the lid. Who ever owns this baskin and robins need to retrain their night time employees or hire someone else. This lady always have an attitude and loves to correct people disrespectfully. I’ve encountered her a few times at night. If it wasn’t for them being the only ice cream place open at night I would never come here.

  Don’t go at nights they say they serve coffees not shakes! I asked for a shake he told he can’t make because he can make shakes untill 1 and told he have to clean his blender👌. I thought this store is open all day ?
