  Couldn't believe it when I walked in and saw just a small counter with register. It's all kiosks to place your order. Employee was rude when I asked a question. He just said, "go use the kiosk to order, we don't do it here " But, this is my main reason for commenting. The Manager came up to me right away and shoed the rude Employee away and talked to me like people should. And, in fact took my order at the register like I was used to. We chatted for a few about the direction everything is going. Kudos to you fine sir, I appreciate great customer service.

  everytime i order i’m disappointed because how do you mess up the same shit every time, in DIFFERENT WAYS!! i order egg mcmuffins every time i recieve them theyre missing something, or i get a diet instead of a regular coke, things like that. just utterly frustrating. i refuse to go to this mcdonalds, i avoid it all costs. but nights like tonight remind me why.

  They included EXPIRED milk in my kids happy meal. I am very concerned about their overall cleanliness if nobody is checking expiration dates. Additionally, we paid for a second toy and they confirmed second toy and it was NOT included.

  It’s genuinely astounding how every time I come to this location they manage to mess up my order. Like I hate to be that guy but how is it even remotely possible to put all the sauces and fries but forget the burger.

  If I can give zero stars, I would. Some people in the drive-through have no idea how to use their own system. Pulled up to the drive-through with a code and for some reason, the worker said it wasn’t working and told me to close the app and restart it and when I did so the code went away and there goes my deal and I wasn’t waiting another 15 minutes in line For The code to reset and she had no remorse or any intention to actually help or solve the problem. Wasted about a total of about 15 minutes of my life, waiting in line and waiting at the drive-through for this employee to try and solve it.
