- TCTim Calamita2 days ago1.0Stay away from this store! Placed a to go order via the app today 45 minutes before my arrival. When I showed you could tell the employees were backed up. When I went to the counter the female employee explained they were backed up but that they were working on my order now. I proceeded to stand by the take out pick up point. I watched the associate working smoothies proceed to do anything but that for the next 25 minutes. He had his cell phone on speaker and was arguing and cursing at a female on speaker. After 25 minutes the second employee came over and asked him if he had filled my order you could tell she was surprised. I spoke up and answered that he had not and I wanted to know if someone was going to make my order or if needed to go somewhere else. The employee then raised his voice and began arguing with me saying I shouldn’t have an attitude etc. the reality is the employee was more interested in picking a fight and yelling at someone on his cell phone than making any order. I would caution you against ordering anything here with confidence. Go to the store at Grand River and Wixom road it’s an extra three miles but the team there is more competent and actual practice customer service.

The staff was friendly and store was clean. Prices were around what you pay at other sandwich type stores. I will come back here again.
