  This review is for the girl who was working the food station/register @2pm on 2/19/26.. I never left a review on this store because it would have been a low star experience..The employees working at the time did not deserve that because it was short staffed. Today this girl who made the quesadillas actually put cheese and chicken in them that wasn't lite and weak it was a perfect amount. I have gone here for years and it's mid at best, I could only wish that they pay her more and make sure they take care of customers like she did. I will be back to give her a nice tip and wether she isn't there or the people don't make it as good (which they never have) that girl should be the manager and keep customers coming back!!! I certainly hope whoever owns this place understands how hard their job is and how much a good employee is worth!!

  somehow it took me 30 minutes to get my smoothie. it’s only 1 guy making. them, and 1 girl with the food. def not coming back and it wasn’t busy at all.

  Had the Peanut Paradise with Whey Protein, delicious! Would recommend.. They staff work hard, definitely appreciate their time and service

  Stay away from this store! Placed a to go order via the app today 45 minutes before my arrival. When I showed you could tell the employees were backed up. When I went to the counter the female employee explained they were backed up but that they were working on my order now. I proceeded to stand by the take out pick up point. I watched the associate working smoothies proceed to do anything but that for the next 25 minutes. He had his cell phone on speaker and was arguing and cursing at a female on speaker. After 25 minutes the second employee came over and asked him if he had filled my order you could tell she was surprised. I spoke up and answered that he had not and I wanted to know if someone was going to make my order or if needed to go somewhere else. The employee then raised his voice and began arguing with me saying I shouldn’t have an attitude etc. the reality is the employee was more interested in picking a fight and yelling at someone on his cell phone than making any order. I would caution you against ordering anything here with confidence. Go to the store at Grand River and Wixom road it’s an extra three miles but the team there is more competent and actual practice customer service.

  Great experience. Went in at about 7:20pm and the girl working the counter was excellent in customer service, really friendly and made you feel welcome. Whoever is training the staff/hiring is doing great. Food and smoothie was on point too!!
