I enjoy the food and the coffee is good, but I have never once have them make my order correctly. I’ll ask for two orders of hash browns and an extra sausage patty on my sandwich, and have never once actually have them give me what I paid for. This all online or through DoorDash, so I don’t know that I would have the same experience if I ordered in store but it’s hard sometimes for me to do that because I’m typically at work when I order from here. It’s really good stuff! I just would not order online from here if it can be avoided

Edit to add: once I got home, I opened my sandwich and it was soggy and made wrong. Pretty much sealed the deal that my family and I won’t be returning. I love coming here but I don’t think I’ll be back. I come here often enough that I know it’s a bit pricier, but I’ve always preferred the quality. Today I came through the drive thru as I was paying with cash. Before coming in, I rang up everything in the app to know how much cash I needed. In the app, for my 4 items it’s $25.02. When I got to the window, as I wasn’t told my amount at the speaker, I was told it was $28. I mentioned it was inconsistent with the app, and was told it was the “up charge for the oat milk”. Fine- but the upcharge is $1.05, not $3. No attempt to fix it, no acknowledgment. I work in customer service, I get that the employees there today didn’t make the app. But if your goal is customer retention, I would check up on your prices in the app to make it consistent with in store pricing. I took my other drink off and paid for my partner’s drink, but I will not be coming back in to this local location. Pretty disappointed

I placed an online order at 11:23AM for a bagel sandwich and hot chocolate. When I arrived at 11:44AM, my order was not ready. I had to ask the host for an update, and she handed me my drink, which had clearly been sitting for some time. Meanwhile, another host only then began preparing my sandwich. This was confusing, why wouldn’t the sandwich be made first so that both items could be served hot together? Instead, the sandwich was rushed, and the egg and hash brown were cold. It had to be remade, which meant I waited even longer. By the time I finally received my order, it was 12:04PM. The food and drink themselves were fine once corrected, but the process was frustrating. I strongly recommend that the store establish a better system for preparing orders, especially during peak hours, so customers don’t end up waiting 40 minutes for a simple sandwich and drink.
