  Mom ordered a MW steak that was served rate and then re-served, MR. They couldn’t get that right for some reason? The rest of the experience was quite good. We’ll be back for sure.

  Our server was GREAT and the manager Jess stopped by to check on everything. The food was amazing & we got a free desert for Hubby's birthday! Great night great food great place

  Had a great dinner and wonderful service! Entrees were Coconut shrimp, Chicken on the Barbie and Sirloin steak and everyone enjoyed it!

  My husband and I went to Outback in Novi for Valentine's Day dinner. The wait wasn't terrible (they weren't taking call ahead seating) and our server, Kristen, was delightful! Unfortunately, that is about the end of the positives in our experience. We ordered fairly quickly but waited over half an hour for our salads to come out. It was at least another 45 minutes from that until our entrees came out. We both ordered the 6oz barrel cut filet cooked medium rare. Neither steak was "barrel cut" and neither was medium rare - both were over cooked and dry as a bone. My husband's was worse than mine - he ate about two bites. I tried to eat mine since I LOVE steak and, after over an hour of waiting for our food, I was HUNGRY. I ate less than half and had to give up. When Kristen saw we weren't eating, she asked if we wanted boxes - we told her no thank you, the steaks were terrible. She felt bad and asked the manager to come talk to us. The manager was RUDE from the moment she approached our table. She literally said, "So - what do you want me to do here??" She offered to re-make our food, but at this point, we'd been there for over TWO HOURS and we just wanted to go home - which we told her. She then pointed out that I'd actually eaten almost half of mine! Her rudeness continued when she told us she'd "see what she could do with our bill," and that she'd come back to let us know. She literally never came back. Our server came back and, when she pulled up our bill, told us that one of our entrees had been taken off the bill. We said we were fine with that - again - at this point we were just ready to leave. The food was prepared wrong, had CLEARLY been sitting under a heat lamp drying out for a LONG time, and the manager was rude to us despite the fact that we weren't even the ones to ask for any sort of recompense for the fact that we didn't even eat the dinner we were paying for. Very sad that customer service was clearly NOT a priority for that manager - especially on a night they knew was going to be busy. Again, our server was delightful but we probably won't go back because of the very rude manager and overall poor quality of the food.

  ribs are just okay, kinda too dry, filet and sirlion aren't that impressive, just okay. bread/sides was good. we probably won't come back, just stick to texas roadhouse.
