- CCCarolynAug 2, 20251.0We visited the Novi location on August 2nd/25 at 6:14 pm. Two servers were present. We were the only customers. The servers did not acknowledge us and continued speaking with each other. We walked out and headed elsewhere where customers are not ignored. It’s a shame there is no zero star rating.

Usually this place is busy but surprisingly it was less busy than usual on a Saturday afternoon. Its a small place but they have a large seating area in the mall. Suggest taking regular milk for coffee.
