The burger was thrown together, bun soggy, cheese half melted, and the fries tasted old like they’d been sitting out way too long. Nothing about it felt fresh. Service was also a mess. The place wasn’t even busy, yet it took forever to get food and no one explained what was taking so long. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee barely acknowledged it and acted like I was the problem for mentioning it. The dining area looked neglected. Dirty tables, trash cans overflowing, and floors that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It didn’t feel like anyone was actually managing the place. McDonald’s always talks about consistency and standards, but this location clearly isn’t meeting them. I wouldn’t come back to this one, and I really hope someone higher up takes a look because this store reflects badly on the brand.
