  The manager was unapologetically rude for no reason. Tap pay didn’t work immediately and I went to the next window and got accused of trying to steal. $3.90 was my total btw.

  Went through the drive through, sat at the window for 10 minutes and no one even said a thing to us. A guy walked past the window a couple of times and did not even say anything. There is two windows and no one gave us any instruction whether to pull up or stay where we were. Longest drive thru experience I've ever had. Eventually had to go inside and ask for the food and they had it ready the whole time.

  They got rid of the McMuffins no more muffins at McDonald's only McGriddles they got rid of the muffins I don't know why anybody would want syrup in their muffin it's gross

  I have not once received an order from this location with no issue. If they’re out of hot honey you’d think they’d substitute with honey, but no. Zero communication and I received hot mustard.

  I go to this McDonald's almost every morning to get a sandwich and a breakfast sauce. The breakfast sauce is .45 which I am happy to pay for. BUT....they give you VERY little, NOT .45 worth. One time I asked for a little bit more and the girl came back to the window and said "she said that is enough" so I paid for another one, BTW it had more in it than the first. Today I went and again bought a second sauce, and asked for napkins, no napkins in a to go bag makes no sense to me, anyway as I was waiting for my second sauce one of the ladies comes up and asks how I am, she is very sweet, blonde women maybe in her 50's, small and very nice, and apologized about what was going on. The manager then appeared behind her and handed her the sauce and said "give this to her so she can go" This manager should not be managing a McDonald's or any other establishment. She is rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers or, as far as I am concerned anyone. The poor girl at the window looked terrified. This woman needs to go. I only go to this McDonald's because it is the only one on my way to work. I used to be an assistant manager at a McDonald's. I also used to be a supervising manager at another restaurant, I would have NEVER treated a customer like this, I would have gotten fired. I realize the public is sometimes a bit to deal with, this woman shouldn't be dealing with the public, she needs to find a different job.
