Okayish food. Taste of food at this place is like tossing a coin. Some times it’s good and some times it’s very bad. Recently ordered boneless chicken biriyani and highly doubt that it was freshly cooked.
P.S: please don’t take customers for granted. Try to provide good food as you are but providing free food. Customers are paying and for that at least try to maintain some standards.

Ordered Chicken dum biryani on their Tuesday special. Zero taste with stale saffron smell/flavor. I had ordered some weeks back when they started the special offer and it was very good the first time. This time the quality/standard was so poor it felt like eating plain bad flavored rice.

Really bad experience today. It seems it has changed management. Paneer dum biryani was in my takeout order without biryani sauce or raita. Paneer was rock hard and seemed stale like it was reheated numerous times. Bagara bangan had no masala in sauce. Just loads of salt. Asked for spicy but it was tasteless. Pretty awful food. Place was completely empty at 7 pm on a Friday. That tells a story

Do not eat here!!! We were not informed upon entry or upon entry to the restroom that the drains were backed up with human waste. I was wearing sandals. The guy didn’t give a hoot in the handbasket. His only response was “yeah… We’re looking into getting it fixed.”
We have no idea how clean the food is and will never eat here again.
To reiterate: the restaurant had me standing in human feces and did not even flinch. While they said they comped my meal, that meal ended up in a trashcan, not too far outside of their establishment. Again, I say: human feces.
If your sewage is backed up, take the lunch rush off, close your business, and get a plumber. Do not make your customers stand in HUMAN FECES!!!
Being on the spectrum, I have special sensory needs. We had to get a hotel room so that I could shower and clean myself before I could move on with my day. My sandals, that were handmade leather and purchased in Morocco, had to be thrown away. I’m wondering if the company is willing to compensate me. Probably not. I’m definitely putting it on the table for them.
