The staff looked like they absolutely did not want to be there. No one acknowledged customers properly, and they responded to questions with silence or apathy. I’ve never experienced such universally bad service from an entire team. It was truly shocking 😡 I ordered exactly what I usually get from other Chipotle locations, but the portion was noticeably smaller — almost half of what I normally receive. On top of that, I specifically asked for no sour cream, and they still added it 🤮 I don’t know who’s managing this location, but it’s clear there’s a serious lack of oversight and care. This was one of the worst fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in years 🤮
