  Extremely disappointed with Chipotle Mexican Grill in Novi. The portions are ridiculously small, and they’re constantly out of basic ingredients. For the prices they charge, it’s unacceptable. The customer service is just as bad — no greeting, no eye contact, no communication. Asking a simple question gets you a blank stare like you’re the problem.i had to ask employee at the register how much my bill was. This location seriously needs new management.

  Alex. R goes above and beyond. I’ve been coming to this location for a while . I see Alex when I leave the gym and he always take care of me and my fiancé. He’s respectful, even under a lot of pressure. He makes sure you understand everything and also very time Efficient.

  This was our first time at this location (1/26/26). The girl that made our burritos was very nice and she did a good job at making sure all the toppings were evenly laid out so every bite would have everything. She was very good at getting the burrito rolled perfect which MOST of the time is a hot mess and it rips or is super sloppy on the outside. The only 2 complaints was we had our 10 year old daughter with us and the guy employees were conversing and cussing loud enough for our daughter to hear them and the floor and most of the tables were quite dirty with food. The girl deserves a raise and the guys need to be more professional 🤷‍♀️

  Every time I come to this location, I think her name is Cindy (the very nice Asian lady), is on shift, the food is ON POINT. She crushes it every time . For work I am in 5 to 6 different cities per day and any time I order from a different location I’m disappointed. Cindy is literally the ONLY person who, when I see is working, I will order chipotle. She is also so very sweet and kind and makes you feel welcomed in the establishment. Before she worked there I would avoid the novi location as if it was kryptonite, but now, that’s the ONLY location I go to only if she is working. Cindy is the best thing that has ever happened to this location. Please chipotle, treat her accordingly, this is more than likely you best employee in the entire state. And I really mean that.

  This place is absolutely disgusting!!! From the dining area to the nasty food line … I can’t believe this place is open to the public!!!! Absolutely disgusting 110 % !!!!!
