It took ages to prepare a $54 order and that too messed up. We have to correct it ourselves by reminding what we are missing in the order and by showing receipt. Food was flavorless and blend. Poor taste. Portion size for fries and mozzarella sticks too little compared to the price they charge. I have never seen such low portion size anywhere. Drink size was good enough. And drinks were prepared accurately as ordered. No refills. I would say order 1 by 1 if you are a family or a group. Dont order 4-5 sandwiches in one receipt they cannot handle it without frustration because of short staff. This store is inside the 12 oaks mall. Lots of free parking. Public washroom available.
