  Excellent customer service! The manager Mona was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the quality of service and atmosphere definitely coming back!! & although the line was veryy long the food was very fresh and friendly staff !!

  Well the food itself tastes good, but it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:15. I had to ask at 8:25 if they had it yet. Got it and it is about half full and missing my pickles, pickled onion and avocado. Disappointed because I was looking forward to trying it and missing 3 ingredients is a little ridiculous.

  We stopped by on our way to Detroit Metro as we wanted something somewhat healthy before getting on a long flight. Big Mistake! We walked in and the line was backed up to the door and the building was COLD!!!!!! It was literally blowing freezing air out of all of the vents. After 40 minutes, we made it to the counter and they were out of several items, which we had to wait from them to re-make. When we got to check out, I asked to speak with a manager, and there didn’t appear to be one on duty. The kid at the cashier told me that the HVAC unit was broken and that it was blowing in air from the outside. I was like “are you guys gonna fix this or what” and he just kind of looked at me. Then after we paid for our food and went to get drinks, all of the drinks were out. Nothing was left in any of the containers. This place lacks management and no one seemed to be in charge. Will NOT be going back.

  I love CAVA I’ve been to many locations, and this one was the worst. We showed up 3 hours before closing where they were out of many items which we weren’t aware of until we reached the end of the line. When we received our food, the meat and the rice were both cold. They were also out of the house beverages (cucumber mint, blueberry lemonade, etc). If I were to come to this location, I would avoid dinner time if you want a decent CAVA bowl.

  I ordered cava online and picked up. When I got there I wanted to order Puta chips which said were sold out online, but was curious if that had changed from when I ordered. I overheard a customer asking and the employee said we are all out, no pita we have barley enough for pita wraps. I was sad as one is about not getting pita from Cava, I mean it’s so good. I then looked at my order and some ingredients were missing and I asked if they could add, but that they were out. Those ingredients would be corn and lettuce. Absolutely no hate to the employees, they are doing the best they can. My complaint is to the owner and to whoever orders product to keep cava in business. This might not be California where everyone and I mean everyone gets Cava, but it’s on the rise. There is only 2-4 Cavas in Michigan, of course it’s going to sell out fast. You need more product to satisfy customers and decrease the hateful reviews. No
