This was my first time, the service from the gal Kayla making our bowls was so warming, thorough and thoughtful. She didn’t hesitate or grimace when we gave her our wishes. If I could have tipped her I would. Maybe add tips as an option because it was deserved. DJ greeted us with a warm smile as he started our check out, confirming we had everything needed. Great team work!! If I lived closer I would return!

I ordered CAVA through door dash and ordered a greens + grains bowl. My order arrived and it was literally just arugula, corn, feta, pickles, pita strips, and the dressings I got on the side. My order was missing so many items! No lentils, no chicken, no hummus, no egg plant, no cucumbers, and the pita bread on the side. Highly disappointing. I’m from out of town and I ordered dinner delivery after a long day of travel and all I got was a bowl of lettuce. After getting my order it was too late to order anything else because things are closed

We have been passing this place for weeks now since they opened. We finally made it a point to go and we are so glad we did! You CANNOT beat the quality and price of the food. My husband and I shared a bowl packed with power greens, lentils, and every topping they had. While most of the proteins are an upgrade, but the fact that chicken is no additional cost is a steal in itself. The chicken is charred and moist, adding so much flavor to the bowl.
I also want to say, we went on a night where everything wasn't running smoothly. The line was long, the staff were few, and yet the service was still incredible. You could tell they were making the best of the situation and trying to still serve everyone to the best of their abilities. Shout out the GM, Mo, for holding the team together and being a great leader. We appreciated seeing the hard work and services of this team that, despite having to wait a little extra longer for our food, we were right back the next day. We are happy to support this establishment.

Shoutout to the CAVA Novi team for truly making my day today. I was waiting a little longer than expected for my order, and instead of brushing it off, a staff member actually checked in to see what was going on. They took the time to explain that online orders come through in 15-minute intervals and that my order had fallen into that window, which is why it wasn’t scheduled to be ready until noon.
Since I was already there, they went above and beyond and prepared my food sooner, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was welcoming, kind, professional, and communicative. Great customer service like that goes a long way thank you all for the positive experience!

They were out of supergreens, romaine, sweet potatoes , pickled onions, every hummus, dressing and falafel. They only had signs advertising the first few things but the rest we found out once we got up to the counter after waiting in line for 20 minutes. They did not want to make another batch of falafel and reluctantly did so. We were told we would have to wait three minutes for that, but it ended up being another 15. The pregnant lady at the counter was extremely rude. She mocked me talked about me to her coworkers right in front of me and charged me extra. The workers were clueless and the place was a mess.
I love cava but this location is trash. fire every single employee there and start over
