If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Literally terrible from start to finish. Super rude host who argued with us and his manager. They finally say us, we didn’t see anyone for 20 mins. Our bread, appetizers and salads came before we had drinks. We asked multiple times for our drinks and they never came. I noticed our waiter was struggling so I asked another waitress if she could help him. She looked at me and said “No, you’ll just have to wait, he will get it eventually”. Mind you, 45 mins in…no drinks. The water glasses they gave us were literally FILTHY. Check out the salads we were brought…pathetic. All of the staff members were fighting with eachother, it was crazy. I felt bad for our waiter because he truly did his best but had no support. A huge waste of $300.
I would never visit this location again or any other Carrabas to be honest. The Canton location is just as bad.

On me and my boyfriends anniversary on the 17th Aiden was the nicest host I’ve ever encountered he held the door open for us when we left AND when we entered! And sharee was the sweetest person I’ve ever met they both truly made our experience at carrobbas the best experience I’ve had a restaurant by far!

Ordered online and the app said my food would be ready by 6:00–6:05 PM and even marked it as completed. Sounds great, right? Not even close.
When I arrived, they told me it would take another 15 minutes and that the app timing isn’t accurate. I ended up waiting over 30 more minutes. Only after I asked for the manager handling online orders did someone come and say they were “pushing to get orders done.”
When I finally got the food, the order was incomplete: no cutlery, no straw for the soda, and they missed the salad that was supposed to come with the order.
There was no easy way to cancel, and my kid was waiting for food, so I had no choice but to take it. I understand it was a busy day, that’s why I waited patiently. But if you’re going to take online orders and mark them “completed,” at least make sure the order is accurate and complete.
Disappointing experience from start to finish. First time here and definitely the last.

Second time back here and never disappointed - delicious food, attentive service from Nina for lunch. Needed a place to hang out and do a few things on the laptop afterward - again, more yuan accommodating, and Kiki even voluntarily brought me another glass of water as I worked. Thank you both for an awesome experience!!

First time here and will not be going back. Came here after a recommendation from a friend that the Chicken Piccata was excellent. I love Chicken Piccata so I went in excited to try theirs. Bread was good, asked for butter and never brought it but the dipping oil and herbs/spices was good. Side salads came, they were good, loaded with carrots which was ok but still ok. I ordered Chicken Piccata with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. First bite was not good. I kept trying to eat it but the lemon sauce was the worst I have had. The chicken itself was tender and thin and I was happy about that. Nice amount of capers. Garlic mashed was ok, nothing exciting but just could not eat more then a few bites of the Chicken Piccata due to the lemon sauce, it is just plain weird and off. Waitress came by and asked how everything was and I told her I didn't like the sauce at all. By now my husband was half way through his rotini and sausage dish. He felt it was just ok. At this point we were done, she did offer to get me something else but I just didn't anything. I was so so disappointed to spend $26 on a dish that I felt was pretty awful. Paid our bill and left. Sad and disappointed. Atmosphere was honestly a bit odd as well. We sat in a booth with a clear view of the kitchen, felt like I was at an old Big Boy turned Carabba's. It was very open, kitchen staff was loud and instead of having a tv to watch, seems the entertainment was what was going on in the kitchen.
