- ARAustin Rayes4 days ago5.0Cathy, the General Manager of the restaurant was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I was ordering for a large quantity of people and the app wasn't allowing my order to go through. It was a very lengthy order, not one I wanted to read over the phone, and I asked if there was any other option to be able to send the order over in writing to make it easier for both sides. Cathy offered a solution that was seamless and solution-oriented. I run a Service department at a luxury car dealership and know good customer service when I see it. Although Cathy is the GM of the facility, she still went out of her way as she likely trains her staff to do to ensure the customer was satisfied and happy. We order from this restaurant weekly and will continue to do so if not for the food, for the service. Thank you!

She made sure we had everything we needed the entire time without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to see someone so genuine and patient, especially when the place was busy. Her positive attitude really made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be asking for Cathey again next time! THANK YOU CATHEYYY👍
