  I had an amazing experience at Bonefish Grill thanks to my waiter and bartender, Rhyan H. His service was outstanding from start to finish- friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The drinks he made were absolutely perfect, and he made sure everything was just right throughout my visit. Rhyan truly elevates the whole dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning just to see him and enjoy his excellent service again. Highly recommend asking for Rhyan!

  Ryan was our server and he was non stop the whole time we were there. He was great. The food tho... We had to send our soup (corn chowder with lump crab) back twice because it was cold and it never came out warmer than room temp. It also was more potato than corn or crab. We ordered bang bang shrimp and received chicken instead. They were very busy and the staff was running but it's hard to justify paying $100 for cold soup and an incorrect appetizer.

  I have been going to this locale for many years. Love, Steve and Taylor at the bar. I met a friend from out of town late this afternoon. This service was terrible at the bar. When I asked when our drinks were coming, the reply was, I'm busy. I was appalled. We had appetizers and finally got out 2nd glass of wine when we had finished. 4 people at the bar. Not acceptable, especially the reply. Get good people or your off my list! Training?

  My husband and I went here for the first time last night (11/15) and the only complaint we had is that the food came out too fast. The appetizers, soup/salad, bread, and our main course all came out back to back. Our table was full with everything we ordered all at once; we kind of felt rushed to eat our food so it didn't get cold on us. Although the food came out too fast it was decent/good. Our waitress, Jasmine (with the tattoos), was great all around. Checked in on us frequently and kept our drinks full. Our whole experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked out was less than an hour.

  My boyfriend took me here for my birthday today. I can't remember our waiter name but he was nice very attentive his service was amazing. The food was amazing as well I got the 9oz sirloin with the broccoli & garlic whipped pototoes, my boyfriend had the creamy tomato linguine with salmon. We also had the crab cakes everything was very good & fresh. My crushed pineapple martini was so good as well the perfect amount of liquor. Our waiter also give a me the desserts menu where I could pick a dessert for birthday on the house so I got the seasonal cheesecake which was an apple cheesecake and it was so good. The food service and the ambiance was very nice. I would definitely go back.
