  They have the most delicious food! By far the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve had. The place is clean, which is important to me. Alan gave the best customer service. Very nice guy! Will definitely be returning.

  If we could rate this 0 stars we would. The meat was dry, rock hard, or burnt and on top of that they refused to accept the fact that it was burnt. I know that if they were to cook this for their family, they wouldn’t eat this either.

  This was my first time getting Charley’s cheesesteaks, and what a first impression! We were greeted by Alan at the register who was handling 4 people at a time with our skipping a beat and with an amazing upbeat attitude. He was excited for my first meal and really did a great job. He’s worked there for years he said so he immediately answered my questions. Alan simply made the experience amazing! He also said the manager on duty was the best manager he has ever worked with. The food was hot trash and made quickly! Delicious too! I will be making Charley’s a staple! Thank you Alan!

  Came here to order sandwiches. Not only did the two workers take an extremely long time to make our food, when they had no other customers, but I overheard the female coworker tell the male coworker that their customers are “big”. Then when we finally got our food and sat down I realized they forgot to add some of the toppings on my sandwich. I went back and asked for it to be added and she was extremely rude and acted like I inconvenienced her. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.
