  The staff member here was so UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. Doesn’t say hello then adds only 10% of greens im like is that really it? I thought I was on a tv show for jokes or something .. THENNNN Get this she says to her staff member I need to go to the bathroom take over. I was like WHAT???? So unprofessional and she gave us hardly any food she had a bad attitude do not know her name but she’s a short dark skinned women with glasses. On top of that was our first time here ever, and it just seemed like the store was unorganized, and the employees were not focused on the customers. The only positive thing was the food was very tasty, but the portion was very small for the price. - owners need to be notified and clean up the store staff etc because it just opened not long ago and this is a mess already big disappointment.

  This was my first time having Cava after hearing lots of great things. I didn’t hear good things about the other locations in Canton & Detroit so I made the drive to Novi to try this one out and I am very happy I did! My food was delicious and fresh and the customer service was great! The restaurant was clean as well which I appreciated.

  By far one of the worst food experiences ever. Restaurant was dirty, counters were dirty and over crowded. Food in containers and not on the line. Employees just grabbing food behind them and not in the storage area on the line. Sauce i received half full when I pay over 2.00 for. Chicken was not done either. Had to throw my food away. Location in Novi, Mi. Will never return. Take your money elsewhere. First experience

  I just ate here and got a harissa chicken bowl it was phenomenal. There were some fatty pieces of chicken that were rough but it didn’t take away from the experience. Kai was delightful and is great addition to the team there. Was very helpful and smiling. Would definitely return. Thank you Kai for all you do!

  They really really really really need to hire more staff. U will wait a very very long time for door dash orders. I'm talking 45 minutes. I watched a a staff member give a woman an attitude and say something extremely rude to her for complaining about the 45 minutes wait. They are way too busy with doordash orders combined with the amount of people who are constantly walking in. It's not fair to the customers or the staff! They need help!!!!!!!! It's a nightmare here! I actively avoid CAVA doordash orders unless they are really high paying. We all know it's going to be at least 30 minutes to wait unless u go right before closing. 😒😒😒
