  Love this location. I go to the dinner events all the time and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The dinner event last Thursday was one of the best ones yet. Dane always gives interesting facts about the pairings. Otis, D and another young lady whose name I don't recall took really good care of my group. And of course my favorite bartender Breonna never miss with the drinks!!!

  Went to this 4 course wine pairing dinner… I understand the host is speaking but it was a tad bit much… Food was all cold… the scallops was COLD COLD… The shrimp was very cold… the wine was not good as paired… The servers were not serving correctly, food missed and kinda rude… in the middle of food , do you want to pay your bill.. Don’t get me wrong yes I’ll pay but gee whiz… This was not a good experience… I eat at a lot of events. This is one that I would I could have waited on!!!!!

  This was my first time here! And I must say the kindness from the time we walked in was amazing! Everyone has a smile and the atmosphere is very chill! My food was amazing I had the Trout and it was so flavorful and fresh! I loved our waitress Bailey!!! She explained everything precise and clearly! Very easy to talk to and ask questions! I definitely will be back very soon! Thank you for this great experience 🥰🥰🥰🩷🩷🩷🩷

  Bartender extremely slow, she could have probably used a hand from some of the white jackets walking by while the Bartender struggles to keep up with the customers. So, my issue isn't with the bartender, my issue is with management that seems to be out of touch with what Great Customer Service looks like, knowing that Bonefish is for excellent service, right, that's why there are so many white chef coats walking around?? This was the best part of my experience my SOF!

  This review is being done with gratitude for the awesome personal an professional service I received from Shelby Lawson Bonefish supervisor... if I can give a 1000 stars she desrves them hands down, she made my evening after traveling a much better experience an handled things with grace & a high level of professionalism which was greatly appreciated! She will go far with Bonefish grill an I hope she is being treated great by corporate an higher ups, she represents the business very well as a young professional! KUDOS to Shelby, Thank you so much.. i will return because of you I've been a loyal Bonefish customer for a long time!
