  The cashier was very polite. She had excellent customer service. When I informed her that the fries were cold and she went to report it to the kitchen apparently the kitchen staff wasn't very happy. The manager came to the window and basically threw the fries in my car. When I asked was there a problem and she responded no and closed the window. Some people should not work in the fast food industry

  I am a construction worker. And work early. This location is unreliable to be open on time. Today marks 5 of the last 7 times I have tried to order shortly after they should be open and no one answers the drive thru. They are inside. But not filling orders placed online. Why can I place an order if they arnt open.

  Pulled up to the drive through and had to ask for a shamrock mcflurry about 5 times before i was waited on by a real person. And after we got to the 2nd window they handed me a not even blended flurry just oreos and syurup sitting on top. I had to mix my own flurry very dissapointed in the lazyness of these workers. Even though it was the only thing i ordered.

  The last 4 times I’ve went here it’s been a nightmare with rude employees who have an attitude because they have to do there job. My food has been wrong every single time. When you call and tell them they messed up nobody cares and having side conversations while trying to speak to them about your issue. It’s the worst place in town.

  They CLEARLY prioritizes the drive-through more. EVEN when there isn’t a line! Me and my mom waited for 10 minutes in front of the counter with no help. Employees walked behind the counter and back to the kitchen with no help. Embarrassing.
