I have also tried curbside and watched countless cars enter to the drive-thru and leave first. So that won’t help. And to be told that I have to wait to say my code for 7 cars to go through the 2nd lane just because they are cashing people out? In my multiple years at McDonald’s, we always taught to take an order, pay an order. Or 2 and 2. Either way to have a system for the speedy service that McDonald’s was known for. I tried to stop on my way home for a snack from the grocery store, and now all my dairy is melted or warm. I ended up parking and going inside, which was still a wait and not a SINGLE person was in a rush for how busy it was. I also still left before I would have made it to the window. *I’m also posting, AND updating this, from the drive-thru… if that tells you anything
