  Lady picked her nose, didn’t have gloves on then proceeded to handle people’s food, forgot my fries and when I waited for a long time and had her get numerous people infront of me she responded with “cool” and got the wrong size fries. I don’t care anymore. It’s just funny since it’s my first experience here

  Worse McDonald's in Muskegon, will clear a full drive thru before even having someone come to the front. An if they come to the front their rude. Just plain rude. This McDonald's has no business still being open.

  I ordered at the kiosk and had to pay with cash so I was directed to the counter. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence, I lost my voice so all I could is squeak out some noise. In fact they did everything they could to not make eye contact until an employee that was in the bathroom came back and brought it to their attention that they had a customer. The woman who came up to the counter rolled her eyes and genuinely seemed like she was even mad to be here that day.

  Long rant : Used the mobile app to get breakfast, when I got to the store I gave them the code for my order and was just told to “pull forward” when we got to the window they just handed me a bag and didn’t say a word, we were given 5 COLD cheeseburgers and a COLD small fry (like they just threw whatever they had extra in a bag) I immediately went inside waited at the counter for way longer then I should’ve, showed them it was wrong and showed my order to them when I was told “they couldn’t make it because breakfast was over and I had to have been at the store by 11 for it” I was being understanding and just tried to cancel my order on the app and it said I couldn’t because they were already making my food (weird since I was just told they couldn’t make it) so I asked for a refund when I was told “we can’t even pull your order up to look at it so it will be refunded to you by the end of the day” NOTHING I contacted McDonald’s customer care where I was then told the store had to refund it (crazy because I was told they couldn’t) So I went in and waited at the counter for over 10 minutes until someone FINALLY came to the counter (they weren’t even busy at all during this time) I asked for a manager or the general manger and I was told “they weren’t there” so I asked for someone to take my information down so the manager could call me so I can get this refund STILL NOTHING I literally can not believe this customer service and I hope nobody else has to deal with this “business” I learned my lesson.
