They take everyone inside first and then they run out of food in front of your face and you have to wait longer while parts of your order are done, waiting and cold while some entrees are fresh off the grill. Their entire system is backwards and I’ve gone enough times to say just go to Novi Road and hope it’s better.

When you are having a special you shouldn’t have the same person who is preparing food for walk ins also doing online orders. It should be one specific person doing online orders. Not only was I waiting a long time but several other people who also placed orders online as well. The guy who was on register seemed very overwhelmed. I’m giving a one star review because of my long wait time when my order should have been ready at the time giving. My food was good and I will still frequent here. Just stating advice more hands need to be on deck when you are having specials like that!

I noticed that online orders are being totally ignored. There were few other carry out customers with similar situation. I saw them taking and preparing orders from customers who arrived 40 minutes after I arrived for pickup. The couple of time I enquired at the counter, the staff said my order will be processed shortly and then went on ignoring me totally. Finally I lost my patience and reached out to the manager, who offered no solution other than taking my order# on a sticky note to initiate a cancellation. I hope to get the refund atleast. @Store owner, You can please check the store camera between 7.51PM and 8.40PM to verify my statements. Why are you taking online orders if you don't intend to fulfill it?
