I never rcvd an email or anything so I’ve called daily to follow up…. no call backs, instant hang ups, misaligned information, a promise of “you should see it tomorrow, and ridiculous hold times (see pic this is all current hold time while I type this up) If anyone knows the franchisee’s number, please send. This can’t be real!!! When did American restaurants start stealing???

In 15 minutes, they got one carryout order completed... then ran out after the person they'd given it to to tell them the order wasn't actually complete. At that point, I walked out with several others. I don't think whoever owns the franchise is taking it seriously. Sad situation there.
