  I’m absolutely mortified over the utterly heartless and incompetent staff at this Qdoba location—it’s a complete embarrassment to the brand! I placed an order for pickup between 1:15 and 1:30, but when I arrived at 2 PM, my food had been stolen right under their noses. Instead of showing even a shred of remorse or offering any help, the rude employees snapped at me, blaming my “lateness” for the disappearance and shrugging off any responsibility with a callous “we don’t know who took it.” No apology, no empathy—just pure indifference that left me standing there humiliated and empty-handed. And to top it off, the assistant Nikaya dismissed me like trash, saying “I can’t give you anything, have a good day” with zero concern. Is this the pathetic way Qdoba treats loyal customers now? These disgraceful franchises are single-handedly destroying the company’s reputation—I’m beyond disgusted and will never set foot here again!

  I placed an online order at 9:38pm and at the same time tried to walk into the store and wait for my food to be made. The door was locked so I waited outside in clear view of the staff on the line. They were busy making and bagging up food so I figured at least my order was being made. After 10 minutes of standing in the cold I watched them begin dissembling the line while periodically glancing up at me. I called the store and, who I’m assuming was the closing manager, told me that my order “didn’t make the cut” since it was placed after 9:30. I told her I was standing outside and would like to order inside as it was only 9:45, and she then abruptly hung up on me. Eventually another employee opened the door for me and I walked up to the line asking to place an order. The guy told me “we’re out of food because we’re not allowed to make more after 7:00.” They certainly had enough food to make their own meals while canceling my mobile order! Just moved into the Northville area and will never be eating here.

  This place was extremely dirty I was honestly shocked While one woman was preparing my food another open plate with food was sitting right next to it and she kept leaning over it shaking her dirty apron right above my meal I finally couldn’t take it anymore and asked her to close the container The tomatoes were completely mushy and spoiled I even asked if they were fresh and she said yes but they were definitely sour and bad The guacamole also tasted sour and bitter in some spots the greens were partly dark and wilted and even the rice tasted strange and not fresh Overall this restaurant serves spoiled food and has terrible hygiene I couldn’t eat most of what I bought Truly awful experience I do not recommend this place at all

  Nikaya at Qdoba reminded me of a time when service was personal and heartfelt. She greeted me with real warmth, paid attention to every detail of my order, and made me feel like more than just another customer. It brought back memories of when kindness and care were the norm. In a fast-paced world, this experience felt refreshingly human. Five star service that felt genuine.

  Last time going here. First the counter was extremely dirty, nasty food everywhere. This foreign girl started wiping the counter only to drop that food in the containers of other food. My husband & i started to walk out but we placed our order anyway. Sat down to eat only to noticed plastic in my steak. I was instantly disgusted. How you not see plastic in food? My husband normally finish his quesadilla but he through a portion in the trash. Couldn't finish it. The foreign girl uniform was dirty, no hair net & prepared food very careless & sloppy. Dropping food everywhere. Now I see why the counter was extremely dirty upon arrival. Wont be returning & will continue to make my food at home.
