  Food is fine, people are nice enough, but oh my god. The last 2 times I've eaten here, I have been bombarded by drain flies. Someone please teach this place about proper resturaunt maintenance, it's frankly disgusting.

  Corporate Policy Says “No Toasting Allowed,” But $19 Sandwiches Are Just Fine I just spent $18.65 at Jimmy John’s, nearly nineteen dollars for a skinny sandwich with bacon, and apparently that still isn’t enough to qualify for the prestigious honor of being toasted. Why? Because of a “corporate policy.” Oh, thank goodness. I’d hate to imagine the chaos that would unfold if my $13 sandwich accidentally went into the sacred, forbidden toaster. Honestly, the sandwich costs about as much as a decent sit-down meal, but asking for it warm is apparently crossing some sort of corporate red line. The employee actually told me the sandwich “isn’t allowed” in the toaster. Not can’t — not allowed. Like we’re dealing with top-secret bread regulations. If Jimmy John’s can charge me $18.65 for meat, bread, and bacon, the very least they could do is let it touch the magical toasting device. Here’s a thought: Maybe add a $0.50 ‘toasting surcharge’ so corporate can recover from the devastating electric bill my warm sandwich would cause. I’d happily fund the extra kilowatt hour. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. A sandwich shop that can’t toast a sandwich? Now that’s peak corporate genius

  Ordered 3 combo meals and the delivery driver got to our house in 10 minutes. The sandwiches were perfectly made to our specifications and everything was fresh. Great experience!

  The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. the décor is definitely humorous and can lift your spirits.. My only cook, sir.Is there soon to be these little bugs around. I don't know if they were fruit flies or gnats. it would do them some good to wipe off the tables and clean the drink station down thoroughly. I began my meal in the restaurant but the bugs were overwhelming.So I left.

  As far as being able to order what you want this jimmy John's goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Not only were the staff super friendly but they also made sure I had everything I asked for. I have always been a big fan of Jimmy John's and the food has always been amazing plus now you can toast your subs which is a game changer but the have pickle subs! And you can add whatever you want! Add extra pickle on a pickle sub coming right up! Seriously great place. UPDATE the bit.ly link is not correct please fix so I can further assist in your request
