Then I was told they were also out of cheese. This is the 2nd time in 3 month this has happened. I will never go back. Gross lack of management and any attempt of customer service by the employees that are there.

There was often no food available, and when I asked, the server told me it would be ready in 20 minutes — yet no one took any action at all. It was a complete waste of my time. What made it worse was the lack of any apology or explanation from the staff. The overall management and service standards were shockingly bad. This place clearly needs serious improvement in both operations and customer service.
