- KMKris McAllisterMar 13, 20265.0We love that Einstein has so many varieties of breakfast sandwiches. They're hardy and very tasty!! I wouldn't recommend the cinnamon rolls, however. Both times we've ordered them, we've been disappointed. The outer edges are hard and dry.
- MMMarie MargaritisFeb 19, 20261.0Ordered DoorDash from this Einstein’s last week. Paid $22 for a moldy bagel and orange juice. DoorDash delivery was fine- fault was with the restaurant. Spoke to someone on the phone and then transferred to manager Evan and they argued with me that there was no possible way I could’ve had a moldy bagel. Evan said the only thing he could do is to let me get a free bagel and orange juice when I could come back up there. They would not send me a new one and would not refund. He said he would write my name down. He failed to mention that the store would be closing for two weeks so when I tried coming back up today to redeem this offer, they were fully closed. I will absolutely never come back to this location. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

It's so nice to experience old school service from employees (across the age spectrum) that appreciate their business. Hats off to the manager hiring and training the employees.
