Most negative reviews originate either from someone too complacent to check their order before telling their Autopilot(tm) to drive away, or who have a political ace to grind but won’t admit it. As usual, every item I order here is always excellent (unlike the inconsistent one sandwich pony some consider their “superior” competitor far across town). Finally, the speed at which they serve never ceases to amaze me. Thanks to all the quick and courteous Chic-fil-A staff out there; you’re the real ones.
