  You order your food at a kiosk. Everything was pretty much automated.

  They have the best prices around. You go to the 8 mile location and it's twice as much for a hash brown and it taste bad. This is a no brainer location to stop in the area unless you like paying more for your food. Don't believe me check for yourself.

  If you value your sanity and time stop going to McDonald’s ever they’re all ridiculous in 20 26/2 hour wait for a dang soda. Absolutely no clue. What is it going on every McDonald’s I go to is like this now. I guess this is just a new normal. horrible customer service every time. The people are nice enough, but it’s an absolute gong show in there and you will be waiting for your food and they will get the order wrong.

  I honestly don’t understand why this McDonald’s does not have a much higher rating. I just started going here about a month or so ago and I’ve gone four times already and every single time has been superb. I take my daughter here after school sometimes and we have dined in every time. Our food is always brought out on a tray promptly, including condiments like ketchup and salt. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they all seem to take pride in their work, which is not a common occurrence at McDonald’s or any fast food joint for that matter. They’re always kind and serving people with a smile. It’s just unheard of!! We’ve also gone with friends in the drive through and although I wasn’t the one ordering they were very polite and everything was correct with our orders. I live 20 minutes away and would travel to this location for its great service all around. I mean, it’s impressive enough for me to leave this review! This is located in Northville which might have something to do with the great as well as correct service!
