- DBDeb Barringer2 days ago3.0Had to wait a long time for my food today which is unusual. The order was incorrect, I only received 1 sandwich instead of 2. After waiting for 10 minutes our fries were Luke warm at best usually this McDonald's is more on top of things than this. But I must admit, I was disappointed today.

I will typically avoid this location, the atmosphere is bad, when you ask for something you get it wrong, after explaining 5 times what you want. The manager simply just makes it right, but doesn't even apologize.

I walk to the counter and get no ones attention to take my order. Get no welcome, nor anyone to take my order. I can hear people laughing and talking in the Twice this has happened. I am done. You seem to not want my business so I went ti Culvers. Who by the way they actually greeted me first, and took my order. You have lost my business andI will not take my gtandkids to eat at McDonald's ever! What happened to your customer service? It is lousy.
