  They get busy, I few workers are inadequate. Just the same, there are a number of faces I recognize and they remember me too and they are always clearly doing their best and are always sweet as can be, I’m happy to go even if I have to wait sometimes. I especially appreciate Simone

  New management sucks! It’s bad enough the wait time is 10 times longer but now they don’t give pup cups in sundae cups anymore, they charge 29 cents for a tiny ketchup cup

  i went in tonight got a mchicken meal which id what i always get and i ask for no lettuce extra mayo when i got my sandwich it was just a plain mchicken so i asked kindly if they could fix it, they proceeded to say nothing take my sandwich to the back (which is not allowed) talked very loudly that i could hear complaining about it then shoved it back in my hand when i looked at it they were petty and put an inedible amount of mayo. I was never disrespectful or rude, there was no reason to ruin my food and talk crap about me i simply asked for my food to be made correctly that im paying money for and they were in a rush or anything it was simply just disrespectful

  Absolutely horrible business! Only one nice lady that was at the front counter but was clearly overwhelmed by the lack of staff. I waited 20 minutes just to ask where my food was & then be told they’re out of burritos, then said they’ll do a refund, which I waited 30 more mins for. Then they tried to ONLY refund the burritos, so I had a round trip of 53 mins at McDonald’s at got nothing. Terribly ran
