  As I walked in the door with my Family of 5 to experience this place for the first time it became clear that customer service is not very high on their priority list. The 1st question was “do you have a pickup order?” When I responded that we did not, one employee rolled his eyes and says to another “good luck with that”… we did nothing to receive this sour greeting. It took around 15 min for our food to be ready. The order was not complete. We were missing 10 wings, my son takes the receipt to the counter to advise them of the error, and we can hear the employees loudly discussing how “they know they gave them to us” even kept coming and looking lover at us On a positive note. The food was actually very good when it was received! The fries were hot and amazing. The blue cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. Our food was brought to us in to-go bags even though it was stated that we were dining in and when we went to leave the ONLY trash can in the dining room was overflowing and there was no place to put our trash. For us spending more than $60 for our meal it was an overall disappointment. But again, the food was tasteful and hot and would eat again.

  The wings are average or below... most with meat lacking the cost... Got Garlic Parm because I like to counter the heat from the hot flavor... the hot was anything but... $20 for 16 wings 5 years ago was a joke... now the food is pay more for less quality... no thanks... and why are the carrots literally almost full stems...

  Sign on the door says open until 1am walked in at 1215 and was told they are closed as you can see in my picture it was still before 1am. Their website also shows midnight. The store just opened a little over a month ago and already they are closing early?

  Literally put a lady that came in after me before me I've been waiting for my food for 25 mins she walks in gets her food before me and yet I'm still waiting smh not good for business!!
