  Ordered at 10. Called store at 1130. Manager said my order didnt exist, to contact customer service, and then abruptly hung up. Called them, they told me that my order had been canceled by the store. 👍 Thanks for finding it while we were on the phone and canceling it bud.

  I've ordered here twice. The first time a couple months ago was... okay. Pizza was alright but wings were not great. The 2nd time was last night. I placed my order on Uber Eats, gave it 10 minutes, headed to the store. When I got there I was told my order was "canceled" due to them being out of gluten free crust. However, the order was still showing "in progress" on Uber Eats. I asked if they were going to cancel the Uber Eats order so I could get my money back. They told me I would have to reach out to Uber to cancel the order myself. I said "I don't think that's how that works" and they responded "that's exactly how that works". So I got to waste another 10 minutes of my time dealing with Uber customer service. I understand sometimes restaurants run out of things... but it would have saved me a lot of time if they had just canceled my order and I would have known I needed to go somewhere else to get food. Unfortunately, they would prefer to underperform and have a bad attitude about it instead of earning a loyal customer. Fortunately, Cottage Inn Pizza should be open again soon.

  We went there when they're just about to close down and the guy still had a smile on his face we talked to him for a few minutes got our food and left and not one time did he seem rude or aggravated at all he was very polite and very nice and that the food was very good. And it's also good for all ages no matter if you're having a birthday party or just want to hang out and watch the game and eat pizza definitely something to get

  Our second time ordering papajohns in Niles. We are at Stateline so in the middle of two locations. I didn’t realize when you order delivery thru the location that they use door dash. The dasher gave part of our order away to another customer and did go back to make it right. I’m not sure if the manager would have made it right by their attitude. I repeatedly said we ordered from papa John’s not door dash. Once we received the remade food it was awful. The bread was so hard and dry. Definitely not Garlic Parmesan. We ordered cheese sauce with the bread and they didn’t send it. The first part of the order wasn’t the best either. There was barely enough sauce to coat the wings after shaking.
