- T1Tumblr 18Jan 4, 20261.0Went tonight (1/3, around closing time) Employees were rude while taking my order and I pulled around and then the young lady at the window was impolite. The last girl, who handed us our final drink slammed the window closed. I ordered a hot drink, came iced, drinks were also definitely made wrong but didn’t go back through due to uncomfortability with the Staff.
- AKAbby KellyDec 26, 20251.0I forgot to ask for a pup cup at the drive thru intercom. I get up to the window and ask for a pup cup and - since when do they charge for a pup cup, which is a coffee lid with whipped cream? This does not support customer loyalty at all.
- SUShawn UleryDec 9, 20252.0This locstion when first it opened in Niles was so friendjy and sanitary everyone wearing gjoves and honoring my tad ocd request however fast forward and the night crew here is trying to get away with not wearing glove the lunch crew still does a great job honoring my request however on a day I went it was last Wednesday after night crew was not wearing or honoring my tad ocd request for gloves on register too emailed the guy saying they were not wearing gloves instead of giving an apology he he said were doing everything were required however a lot of these night crew employee don’t wash hands or wear gloves so if unsanitary conditions are a requirement and not honoring tad OCD accommodations like when first opened what is not required if lunch crew worked night shift service would have been definitely five stars
