I was trying to explain to the gentleman I wanted a cone with chocolate ice cream but I also wanted like one little dabble of mint chocolate chip on the top just to taste and he unfortunately wasn’t understanding what I meant as far as thinking I wanted two whole scoops of ice cream on top of my little cone, so the girl kindly jumped in and knew exactly what I was meaning lol and got us on our way! It was clean in the lobby. And the bathrooms were nice and tidy as well so that was refreshing.

In person had a great experience the first time there, the 2 people working were so kind and informative, they made us some wonderful treats and sent us with a parting gift! Phenomenal first visit! 5 star employees. Unfortunately, my second order arrived incorrectly and under-served, like they were very conservative with the portions. I felt like I only received about half of what I should've, a triple scoop sundae ($10) arrived with no toppings, and the ice cream didn't reach the rim of the cup. Then my 3rd order again was a phenomenal experience. We place order and I decided after we ordered that i wanted a topping I forgot to order. I called them, and the girl I spoke with was so amazing and understanding. Had no problem adding the topping for me. So there are some amazing employees here, and the treats are really good!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
