  The food is great but I’m watching the lady make my sandwich and touch the register with gloves on and then go back to my sandwich without changing her gloves or washing her hands.

  -10 made are orders wrong and they argued they did wouldn’t make it right by just making the right subs yelling in are ear and hung up on us

  Worst subway ever. Bread undercooked for normal standards. Even tho I got my sub toasted. Didn't look like it was. The dough looked mangled and messed up. The sub was 1/2 the thickness of normal subway subs. Idk who owns this place but they doing a horrible job. Go anywhere else.

  As soon as I walked in the young ladies greeted me with big smiles on their faces;) One of the girls asked if I needed a moment or if she could help me find a sandwich from the new menu, I went ahead and got the sandwich of the day, the lady that veggied my sandwich was also awesome asked if I was okay with the amount of each veggie she placed down! I will be visiting again! Good job ladies!

  Stopped there on my way back to Grand Rapids after visiting my grandma. We did get there pretty late (9:30pm on Friday 2/27), but all food was put away and nobody was visible behind the counter. After going inside, we were refused service the man stating “I haven’t had a customer for an hour and a half.” While I sat in the parking lot deciding what restaurant I would go instead, two more parties stopped by and also were refused service. I wish I got a chance to rate the food, but the restaurant itself looked inviting.
