  As soon as I walked in the young ladies greeted me with big smiles on their faces;) One of the girls asked if I needed a moment or if she could help me find a sandwich from the new menu, I went ahead and got the sandwich of the day, the lady that veggied my sandwich was also awesome asked if I was okay with the amount of each veggie she placed down! I will be visiting again! Good job ladies!

  Stopped there on my way back to Grand Rapids after visiting my grandma. We did get there pretty late (9:30pm on Friday 2/27), but all food was put away and nobody was visible behind the counter. After going inside, we were refused service the man stating “I haven’t had a customer for an hour and a half.” While I sat in the parking lot deciding what restaurant I would go instead, two more parties stopped by and also were refused service. I wish I got a chance to rate the food, but the restaurant itself looked inviting.

  A nice greeting From behind the counter and explanations of some of the sandwiches were great. I chose the five meat Italian and it came out excellent. Service was fast would stop here again anytime!!!

  Always fresh and yummy. The staff is always nice. Altho not a fan of the soda fountains there.

  Ordered food Saturday it’s now Tuesday. Toaster was broke, they can’t refund money, they got the toaster fixed and my wife called at 4:20 to have it ready by 6 and I got there at 6:05 to cold subs and none of the free shit promised. I let the free food slide as that’s not what I wanted, but cold food and the toaster just got fixed? If I wanted cold food I would’ve accepted it Saturday. This is the third time I’ve been here and every single time there is a long way or employees suck. Never had an issue with any other subway and I’ve been all around the country. I’ll never eat or spend a dime at a subway again. Plenty of other places to eat in newaygo. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. There’s a reason this place only has 3.6 stars.
