Went to this location today. The customer service continues to be terrible. I gave them another chance. The employee working the drive thru named Jason said nothing to me when I pulled up to the window. He stuck his hand out and motioned for my payment. He then proceeded to close the window, process my payment, hand the card back to me, close the window again, hands me my food, I say thank you because he has not spoken a word and he closes the window without ever speaking. This location needs some serious training on good customer service. I will not be returning.

Jimmy John’s is known for their speedy service, but I waited over 15 mins for my 2 sandwiches in the drive thru with only 1 person ahead of me. I thought maybe they were busy inside, but when I pulled through- there was no one inside. The guy working the drive thru was so rude! I asked him if I could get one of the sandwiches toasted and he just said “no” real curt. When I was at the window, he never once said anything. I even said “hello” and “thank you,” but he just ignored me and closed the window. Definitely not someone that should be working the drive thru or dealing with customers.
I gave this Jimmy John’s many chances for redemption and it is truly the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever encountered. Whether I order in the drive thru, or order ahead, it is freaky slow… never fast. Don’t even thinking about delivery. I only live 5 min away and it always takes at LEAST an hour. I have a toddler and drive thru & delivery are the easiest options unfortunately. Sigh. I love Jimmy John’s but at this point I will go to the location and extra 5 min away just for smoother service.

Went through the drive thru and the guy asked straight away if we were getting a combo. We told him no and proceeded with our order which was only 1 sub with a few customizations. He then asked again if this was for a combo, I told him no then he got an attitude “okay well-…… what was the order then?” so we repeated it which was annoying but whatever. we get to the window and it was an older gentleman, little heavier with a cross eye at the window. He opened the window and just held out his hand, my boyfriend thanked him when he took the card and he said nothing in return. he gave the card back and my boyfriend thanked him again and he again said nothing he just rolled his eyes. we got our sub and it was completely wrong as well. Absolutely horrible service and apparently horrible listening skills as well. this wasn’t my first interaction with this guy, he’s always been dead silent and straight face. very rude- you can at least say you’re welcome
