Went through the drive thru and the guy asked straight away if we were getting a combo. We told him no and proceeded with our order which was only 1 sub with a few customizations. He then asked again if this was for a combo, I told him no then he got an attitude “okay well-…… what was the order then?” so we repeated it which was annoying but whatever. we get to the window and it was an older gentleman, little heavier with a cross eye at the window. He opened the window and just held out his hand, my boyfriend thanked him when he took the card and he said nothing in return. he gave the card back and my boyfriend thanked him again and he again said nothing he just rolled his eyes. we got our sub and it was completely wrong as well. Absolutely horrible service and apparently horrible listening skills as well. this wasn’t my first interaction with this guy, he’s always been dead silent and straight face. very rude- you can at least say you’re welcome

The female who made my sandwich made it perfectly. I order the vito with extra oil vinegar and seasoning. I specifically asked for 2-3x what normally goes on it. She asked the cashier to specify again. At that point i chimed in saying, apply 3x make it wet. She nailed it with proper proportions. Most either apply too much oil and no seasoning or way under shoot it. Honestly, no one has made it sufficiently for some time now. I was there 12/21 at 3 pm. She listens and does things right, give that woman a raise.

Sat in what I thought was the drive through line for 10min and then arrived at the window only to be told I was in the wrong line of cars and couldn’t order at the window. Alright, I’m not an idiot…but the drive through is split so it’s not intuitive if you wrap around behind Jimmy John’s the way Google maps sent me.
Service is pretty apathetic and dismissive.. Atmosphere is aggressive (metal music), which I’m usually a fan of but not when I’m starving and it’s blaring over the speakers.
Bad all around, they have 6 employees, very slow, subs are out and they don’t pack them when they’re suppose to, mind you, they give special treatment to some versus others and I’ve noticed since I’ve been coming here. I won’t come to this one again, yes I understand it’s lunch rush hour, but if subs are made and ready to go, pack them up and stop lounging around!
Freaky slow. Don't get in the drive-thru line unless you're willing to be literally stuck there for up to 25 minutes before you even get to the window.
