  Does management tell you give one sauce packet per meal, even when the customer asks for extra, or is that just the thing to do? Last 2 times I've been there it's happened. Won't be trying again, not sure they care lol

  There were two cars in line I waited 10 mins for two chicken sliders and a large crinkle fry… I paid $1.99 for this..the guy with the star tattoos on his forearms served me this. There was also a bigger in the back that looked like a manager who allowed this to be served.

  Ordered a double beef n cheddar and its so small I'm not sure it's even the size of a regular one. I can understand why there is a lawsuit against them for making it seem like you'll actually get enough food to eat. I also didn't get the apple turnover that I ordered either.

  Normally love Arby's, the food and the drinks.. but it's ridiculous when you pay for a drink and it is basically a cup full of ice after five or six sips with the straw there's nothing left
