  Paid for a XL coffee was given a large cup, came in next day and mentioned it and was ignored. Not even an apology. Attitudes here are ridiculous besides 1-2 employees.

  I come here all the time and they never fail to take 25+ mins or mess up the order somehow. Half of the staff is really nice, but the other half need to quit or rethink their lives. Tried to give them many chances to redeem themselves but it never fails, failure of an establishment and a disgrace to the Dunkin trademark, every single one of you should be ashamed with yourselfs

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Dunkin’ inside the pit stop gas station deserves it. The employees here are hands-down the friendliest I’ve ever come across. Alan is amazing—super kind, funny, and always has you smiling while you wait for your fresh donut or bagel. The ladies working there are just as sweet and welcoming. My kids absolutely love coming here and look forward to it every time. Great service, great vibes, and consistently fresh food. Easily the best Dunkin’ experience we’ve had.

  I have NO idea what these bad reviews are for on here. Due to some busy circumstances in my life, I have found myself zipping through, tackling so much lately and I am an ADHD drinks girly. When I'm running out of caffeine or I just need something to drink this is really convenient for me to stop in. I have been into this location no less than I would say 20 times in the last 30 days. Each and every single time my food and my coffee has been excellent. My experience has been excellent. I think one time I could tell that there was a new girl and as a person who is an adult and has worked a lot in her life I understood that it's going to take these new folks sometime to acclimate so I was patient. Also I read these reviews and I'm really sad that people can't take the time just to try and find the manager inside versus just slander a business. I ain't always loved my momma's cooking but I don't just go around telling the family all her business. There are several employees here who have greeted me with such enthusiasm as a few times I have pulled up actually crying from circumstances going on; you can tell that they are busy and they are always cheerful and kind. There's nothing to exaggerate this is absolutely my experiences. I have been here when they are opened I have been there mid-morning I have been here in the afternoon and I have been here towards the evening about 15 minutes before they close. My experiences have never once been bad. In fact I am actually extremely grateful that there is something like this here. Your option is to drive into Richmond or go back to Chesterfield and sometimes that's just not going to happen. Thank y'all for doing that you do!!! Keep up the brew! P.s I also ordered some ridiculous stuff and no matter what I asked them they just make it up for me. ❤️
