    This McDonald’s is terrible, I placed an order online over a half hour ago, get there, and they tell me they can’t pull up any mobile orders and that I’ll have to be refunded. Terrible system and service 🗑️

    All the tables were filthy when we went there for lunch my wife had to use hand sanitizer napkins cleaning table for us to eat at . Sinks toilets head leaking water from underneath them .

    Went for breakfast and girl doing register didn't have a clue. I understand she was new but manager was right there and wouldn't help. Got frustrated after 5 minutes and left. Poor management.

    Their food didn’t have Monopoly stickers. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused. They messed up at least five other orders while I was there. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to — would give 0 stars if possible.

    Unfortunately couldn’t get our food through the app. I understand breakfast time stopped, I wasn’t upset with that. It was the fact that I couldn’t reorder on the app, using rewards/benefits, because they didn’t cancel the order that they couldn’t fulfill at the time. Even while driving to another town it still wouldn’t allow to order because the order was still pending on their side. Btw: Chesterton location are very prompt. So wasn’t to upset.
