  So normally I don't really have a problem with Taco Bell, but I visited this particular one at midnight, and they gave me a barely filled hard taco with my Diablo Nugget Special and they also put NO sour cream in my Beef Chalupa Supreme that came with it. Fast food is already ridiculously expensive, and it's not justifiable for such mistakes when paying top dollar for something that isn't even a product of a nice sit down restaurant. This one was a serious disappointment, and although the drive thru worker was nice, I do not recommend going there if this is how their food is served to customers that are already paying top dollar for what is in my opinion poor food quality.

  Waited in drive through for almost 10 minutes before ordering and once got to the window and paid waited almost 20 minutes for 3 tacos and chips and cheese. When I asked what was going on they said sorry we had a bunch of door dash orders that keep coming in. They don't care about customers at the restaurant from the sounds of it only door dash. I watched people in front of us leave the line and people behind us even after ordering. When we finally got our food and left there were probably 20 cars waiting in drive through. They were lined up on the road even. Pretty pathetic. Need to shut off door dash or get more employees

  The workers is getting mad over me keep using the EBT card that's y'all job the customer always right cash or not do your job
