The staff are quick & friendly, easygoing. Definitely the best aspect of the whole experience.
Food is straightforward: sandwiches, cold & toasted, gyros, chips, cookies, fountain drinks. It isn't anything special. White bread, meat, cheese, veggies, condiments.
In my never-ending desire to find a decent Cuban sandwich north of Tampa I tried the Jimmy Cubano. Weirdly, it had bacon on it. Normally bacon makes things better but this was so heavily cooked it just brought a grainy texture to the bites with it in. As a sandwich, it's all right. As a Cuban it's pathetic. Fortunately, my expectations were very low on that particular point.
The house brand jalapeño chips had a perceptible kick but tasted overcooked.
Oddly, on a 72° F day they had the air-conditioning at a level that felt upper 60s.
Also, the music is too loud, would've made conversations difficult but strangely still allowed me to hear the staff talking as they worked.
For $14 + tax I should've gone elsewhere.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Jimmy John's—I actually used to manage one when I was younger, so I know the standards and how things should run.
The food here is always fresh, and that’s a big reason I keep coming back. The bread, veggies, and overall quality are consistently good.
That said, almost every time I order from this location, something small is missing—usually extra cucumbers or oil and vinegar on the side. It’s never a huge issue, but it does happen pretty consistently.
I’m a Google Local Guide Level 7 and try to leave honest, helpful reviews for the community. This location has great food and a lot of potential, but just needs a little more attention to detail on orders. I’ll definitely keep coming back—I just hope the consistency improves!

Ordered a #10 no tomato, add onion, oregano, and mustard. Just threw away a $10 sandwich because the employees put an absurd amount of mustard on it. It was unedible. Literally had mustard spilling out all over my hands and lap when I bit into it. Mustard wasn't even spread out, just concentrated in the fold of the sandwich. If I had time to return the sandwich I would have. I was a delivery driver, manager, and GM for Jimmy John's 20yrs ago and id be embarrassed to serve a sandwich like the one I just received. Employees desperately need to be retrained on how to make a sandwich (which really should be common sense).
Jimmy Johns was so much better when Jimmy owned the company. Its now a husk of its former self.

Many chances, many wrong or incorrect sandwiches. Go to Jersey Mikes, they at least will give you a good tasting sandwich.
