Tonight I had an issue with the app and the manager was wonderful and so helpful. This young female manager couldn't get the app to work but made sure my order was prepared quickly. She was extremely friendly and professional.

So the preorder and dining orders suffered. When questioned the guy working front counter decided to get a smart mouth about things. If you’re going to run a promotion make sure to be staffed properly. Ryker doesn’t have the personality to work front counter.
