They have been slow lately. It takes over 30 minutes to receive a delivery order.

I placed a catering order from this store and visited it for the first time yesterday. The location was very clean, the order was prepared perfectly, everything was fresh and excellent. Not sure why some negative reviews, because seemed outstanding to me, including in contrast to some other Jimmy John's locations.

This location has lack of customer service, order dinner tonight and they messed up my sandwich, but no receipt so nothing I can do, my wife order an unwhich they wrapped the paper inside of the lettuce so she had to take the whole thing apart and it was messy! Why ask for a sandwich with out sauce if they just put it on anyways?

Ordered a Small Sub just cucumber and tomato. Paid nearly $10 and this is what I get? Is this a joke?

Spend over $100 on five subs and not even one of them is Right absolutely garbage? Do not understand how these big companies get so far away from what created them and made them great places to eat at we will never order Jimmy John's again
