  This place really needs to get it together. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been too. I’ve been here THREE times now and 2 out of the 3 times they have messed my order up or have had missing items. Went today and was more less told I was lying about my items I was missing and that they (never mess orders up) also not being able to upcharge for a different drink if your not a coffee drink is just crazy to me. I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t do an up charge and makes you pay the full price for that drink! Do better!! I guess I’ll just stick to Biggby in new Baltimore.

  I ordered a Oreo cappy for my daughter. Thank God I took a sip before I gave it to her because it had a strong chemical taste. I bought it back in and he refused to refund me, only would make another which I didn’t trust.

  This is the absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts location that I have ever been to. Nobody has been there around 5:00 a.m. on a weekday. Shame on me for giving them 3 chances to make a sale. Last Monday was the 3rd strike! Posted hours and Google state open at 5:00 a.m. The app accepts my order, but then nobody is there at 5:20 a.m. to fill it. This last time I called the number listed on Google. It just rang. I kept calling, finally some man I couldn't understand answered the phone. I told him my name and asked for the manager because I wanted a refund for the order not received. He told me manager there at 7:00 a.m. I called mid morning and spoke to him. He found order, seemed to understand that his employee was late opening. Offered to fill my order. I was 70 miles away, not expecting to return for a week. He said he would give me a refund, allegedly couldn't credit in Dunkin app, and for me to stop in. I did this last Thursday evening. Employee knew nothing about it. I will not be back.

  Made an order they couldnt complete. They kept the money and refused to refund. They steal customer money here.

  I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough sundae with no nuts for my girlfriend who has a minor allergy, sadly came with nuts before we realized.
