  If i could rate 0 stars i would! Terrible customer service and manager does not seem to care. Employees barley speak english. When asking for a manager the employee tried to say he was a manager but infact he was not. Ive been calling 4 days in a row for a call back from the manager for an issue with my order for valentines day that has yet to be resolved. Dont even bother calling customer support either that's a joke! Stay clear of this place!

  Typically my frozen coffee isn't right but still tastes okay. This morning my mother and I went through the drive through and got a butter pecan and mocha frozen coffees. When we left we tried them and they were horrible....we went right back and asked for them to be re made. He took one and "remade" it. Then tried to not fix the other and gave us nothing but problems. Ultimately we got new drinks(still not right but didn't want to deal with him anymore)! He then told me, he didn't want me coming back again 😡 my mother and I both started to feel sick from the drinks so I think he messed with them. I've been puking sense and didn't even drink half of it! I'm not sure who runs this place....but the customer service is absolutely horrific and the way that man spoke to my mother and I today was way out of line. The manager or owner should really do some better training. I called an hour ago to try talk to someone and was greeted by someone that didn't even know English 😡 and then was put on with the same man from this morning and told there will be no manager until tomorrow morning. I will NOT be returning as well as will be letting everyone know how shitty service and quality is at this location. I strongly urge anyone wanting Dunkin, to go to a different location.

  This place really needs to get it together. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been too. I’ve been here THREE times now and 2 out of the 3 times they have messed my order up or have had missing items. Went today and was more less told I was lying about my items I was missing and that they (never mess orders up) also not being able to upcharge for a different drink if your not a coffee drink is just crazy to me. I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t do an up charge and makes you pay the full price for that drink! Do better!! I guess I’ll just stick to Biggby in new Baltimore.

  I ordered a Oreo cappy for my daughter. Thank God I took a sip before I gave it to her because it had a strong chemical taste. I bought it back in and he refused to refund me, only would make another which I didn’t trust.
