  I’m waiting for an order & I watch an employee get 2 work, late I’m assuming by the time, I watch her flip her hands through her hair to put on her visor… she then precedes to rinse blenders the make smoothies. Grab the ice scooper & drop it in the ice bin w her contaminated hands.🫨 then place my order in front of me not saying a word. 3 drinks. No cup holder. No bag. No straws. Then when I asked they basically throw it at me. I get busy but damn acknowledge a customer! On line service has turned workers to shit! Maybe TS needs to hire more staff…?

  I love tropical smoothie, I haven’t gone inside; but the drive through is great. In the past they’ve have difficulty with the registers working, but nothing recently.

  I like tropical smoothie. I love the smoothies and sandwiches. But every time I go to this location, the service is HORRIBLE. The workers are rude EVERY TIME. It’s almost never the same person (sometimes it is), but it’s always the same attitude.

  It might sound silly but this is like the best place to eat in town lol. The kids who work here are always really kind and I’ve never had a bad anything from here. It’s become a frequent spot for date nights just because we can get a decent meal with good vegetables and a yummy smoothie without spending a fortune. Really love the Santa Fe quesadilla. Thanks for always being on point
