  I was met with very rude staff. I did a mobile pick up order for the lobby. Staff stated that lobby was closed. I asked could they honor it because online is still provide lobby pick up I was on my break from work. There were no accommodations or grace I was told I had to get back in line. The line had about 7 to 10 cars ahead of me. I waited in line for additional 15 minutes. My break was already over. I got to the window because I have already checked in with staff I was told I had to go back in line and it was 10 cars behind me. I work third shift. I work five minutes away. How does mobile refunds work no answer very rude staffing. Two women at the window threatened to call the police without issuing me any information on refund and your refund at all or any food my mobile order was already paid for. I left very upset with no refund no food Just poor customer service. Never shop there again

  Ran out of beef and they said it takes 5 minutes to make. I waited in like 15 minutes in line and well over 5 minutes at the window itself for them to tell me that and when I said I was willing to wait they wanted me to pull all the way around through the drive through again. There was 12+ cars around me, why would I pull around again when I already waited more than 20 minutes?? They said they were on a timer like it was my problem, why should I have to wait additionally when you guys were the ones who weren’t prepared, not me. Customer service was not great at all, not sure why they’re making their problems mine but here we are.

  done going here. they have gotten my order wrong almost every single time…. Forget things that go with the combos. and they take forever and are always rude!

  My order came out to over $60, when it should’ve been about $40 (I checked prices on the app after I got home, it didn’t seem right to me). I received items that I didn’t order & didn’t receive items that I did order. A big disappointment.

  I wish there was an option to give 0 stars I will actively avoid this one now Constantly, they are messing up, they don't understand that they are in customer service, smile It's not that hard if you can't do the job Don't work there You guys are honestly so disgustingly unprofessional, it is crazy I recommend staying far away from this one The employees do not care and it constantly shows if you don't look at your employees as the problem You are part of the problem too management just do better
